Location of the restaurant in the mall had a nice view of the highway and airplanes flying by. We got the complimentary slices of fresh warm crunchy bread with an olive spread as well as butter that was spot on since the bread literally just came out of the oven (5/5) I ordered truffle fries which were pretty good. (5/5) The salmon quiche puff pastry was nice and flaky but the quiche filling lacked flavor maybe if it was creamier it would’ve gone better with the salmon since that had a strong taste. (3/5) The beef burger was disappointing the grain bun just didn’t go with the burger it was abit sweet as well not a good match for beef burgers in my opinion ! As well as the meat itself it was thick but it tasted wet in a bad way, maybe the choice of meat could be improved in order to get a juicer full of flavor beef burger.(2/5) Overall I wouldn’t come to PAUL for lunch/dinner but I certainly would come for breakfast/dessert since the pastries and bread are spot on fresh 👌🏻
